Creekview Community Development District
The Creekview Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on June 29, 2021 by the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2021-20 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Creekview CDD is located entirely within Clay County, Florida, and consists of approximately 745.00 acres of land. The site is generally located to the north of Sandridge Road, south of the First Coast Expressway, and east of Henley Road.

The Creekview Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on June 29, 2021 by the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2021-20. Consent is given to the District’s Board of Supervisors to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain systems and facilities for parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural, and educational uses, and for security, all as authorized and described by Sections 190.012(2)(a) and (2)(d), Florida Statutes (2020).
